Founder, Instructor and Managing Partner: MIKE MARCO
Mike Marco has over 15 years of management and mismanagement experience in the field of project management consulting and training, working in various industries, including IT (software and web application development), engineering (design and development of the mechanical/electronic systems), manufacturing, transportation (ERP/asset management systems), and waste management. He has published a several books related to the field of project management. Hobbies: sport (scuba, judo, soccer), paintings, guitar, project management.

Demetrios Venetis is a senior level Master Black Belt, recognized for developing and delivering cross organizational solutions utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Success in understanding and negotiating deliverables, formulating innovative plans, and assembling resources. Energized by developing the abilities of individuals and teams to successfully apply these methodologies in organizations. Adept in defining, collecting, and tracking performance metrics and triggering Process Improvement Interventions through Six Sigma projects. Fully conversant with concepts and application of quality and process improvement tools to facilitate smooth functioning of overall operations and thereby improve service and reduce costs. A decisive leader focused in driving results to the benefit of customers and partner organizations.

Gilles Bouyer is a PMP certified global executive who captures enterprise vision and organize team effort to help enterprises innovate, transform and grow through the judicious usage data science. He serves as content advisor to our group, focusing of analytics and big data cursus. He provides guidance in the teaching of descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analytics through data management, tools & techniques usage and applied strategic thinking. Gilles received his MBA from INSEAD and his MSIT from Northwestern University. He has more than 15 years’ experience in Chicago and Paris.

Iryna Fedorchuk is a dynamic environmental engineering management professional with international experience developing strategy plans to realize significant savings for client companies. Possess an International Consultant on Cleaner Production certification from United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO). Demonstrated ability to learn new concepts, easily adapt to change and multitask in deadline driven environments.

The central pillar to Josh’s success is his ability to bring meaning to, and to communicate data analysis results. Whether describing 360 feedback results or the psychometrics of a survey, Josh’s expertise shines when discussing data with stakeholders. He is excited about opportunities to create positive change through action and evaluation. He is currently looking to transition into a strategic role where he can apply his experiences in creating and evaluating successful programs.

Lisa Elkins is a licensed architect and LEED Accredited Professional with more than twelve years of architectural experience in Chicago, San Francisco and London. She is the co-founder of 2 Point Perspective, an eco-architectural and interiors firm, which works in both the residential and commercial sectors. Lisa has also worked as a furniture designer and an architectural writer, and has taught architectural design at the University of Illinois at Chicago.
Lisa received her Master of Architectural Design degree from The Bartlett School of Architecture, University College London which was preceded by a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Ball State University.

Madiem Kawa has been an IT professional for 20 years that led her to specialize in influential project leadership. She builds, nurtures, and serves teams, aligns project and company goals, brings departments together, and drills through complicated company culture to pave a path to complete milestone.

Robert German is an agile project manager whose competencies include Agile/SCRUM and Waterfall software development lifecycle (SDLC) experience with collocated and virtual stakeholders. He has expertise in client and vendor relationship management, process engineering and business process improvement, including a broad base of technical and software development literacy.

Ron Elkins is a licensed architect, Chicago Registered Energy Professional, and a LEED Accredited Professional with over fourteen years of diverse experience in Chicago, San Francisco and London. He is the co-founder of 2 Point Perspective, an architectural and interiors firm, dedicated to sustainable and sophisticated design. Ron has been the project architect for award-winning projects including religious facilities, retail, justice, medical, office, and high-rise projects. Ron received his Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of Science from the College of Architecture, Ball State University.

Thomas E. Lawless is a Lean Leadership Coach with the Lean Leadership Institute. He is proven Lean Six Sigma / Operations leader with more than 30 years of experience working with a diverse range of clients in manufacturing, service industries and logistics would like the opportunity to improve your processes through Lean Six Sigma / Operational Excellence techniques. He partnered with eConsulting Group to deliver Lean Six Sigma training to private and public organizations.
