Institute of Management is looking to increase our portfolio of online video training programs within our upcoming web portal. We are looking to partner with Instructors/Consultants (hereinafter “IC”) who have their own course outlines and video content/training materials related to the field of management and are interested to expand their practices by offering their products and services through eConsulting Group's Institute of Management.
Steps:
- Submit sample of your material and your credentials.
- After we review the material, we will send an agreement to selected instructors.
- Accepted materials would be sold through a partnership to our students interested in online self-paced courses.
- Courses will be sold individually and/or as a part of our existing programs, such as: Project Management Expert™, Six Sigma Expert™, Data Management Expert™, and other PMI and WIOA approved programs/courses.
- ICs who establish partnerships with Institute of Management will receive a commission for their material sold through Institute of Management®.
- Institute of Management will administer training and certification process.
- ICs will make sure that material are constantly updated.
- Agreements will be reviewed annually.
- ICs would be considered to teach onsite trainings as well.

Instructor/Consultant Requirements
Instructor/Consultant (hereinafter “IC”) should have 5+ years of hands on experience in his/her area of expertise, along with the following:
- Proof of credentials.
- IC MUST be a US citizen. We are a US federal contractor.
- IC Must have a proven record of teaching/consulting on selected subject.
- The video material must be complete, edited and ready for upload to our server.
- The video material must be sent in MPEG4/MP4 video format (with 720p resolution and with either H.264/AVC or H.265/HEVC encoding).
IC will be responsible for updating his/her course content.
The partnership we offer may include:
- Content Management:
- Promotion and resell of your products and services through our Learning Management System (LMS) platform. We are especially interested in video materials that we could include as a part of our existing Online training program. Please see All Courses for the list of our current courses and program offerings.
- Revenue sharing ratio. Sharing ratio depends on your involvement in promotion of the programs.
- Authorized Training Provider (ATP):
- Agreement that you become an authorized training provider in your region for products and services eConsulting Group's Institute of Management offers. This type of partnership will require that you have at least one Authorized Instructor to teach courses and training programs that are approved for your ATP organization.
