Project managers’ performance is being measured based on what we accomplished and delivered. As a project manager, you need to have a number of tools and techniques that would allow you to deliver your projects on time, budget, scope, based on a given resources, at the requested quality level, while managing the risk environment. The main objective of this program is to provide the students with the hands on project management tools and techniques.

Project managers, functional managers, and team leads.
At the end of the program, successful students will obtain a certificate of completion, and might be able to sit for the other exams, such as: Six Sigma, Agile, Project Management certifications, or Prince2 or Project+.
To receive a certificate of completion for the eConsulting training course, students must obtain the score above 60%.

Regular Class Attendance:
Students cannot miss more than 20% of their class attendance. Class attendance will be taken daily and will be forwarded to the administrative department. The administrative office will verify the students’ attendance and progress, they will notify, counsel, and document the deficiencies. If a student has missed 10% of class, he/she will be notified, documented, and placed on a warning status pending probationary status to include termination from the course.
- Class exercise (20% of their grade),
- Homework (30% of their grade),
- Final project (50% of their grade). Final project due date is ten (10) days after completion of the course.
