Project Description:

Contractor shall provide SharePoint support services in the form of system administration, nocode solutions, end user support and design services on an as-needed basis.

Time of Performance Estimate: May 2018-April 2019

The contract shall be for a period of twelve (12) months from the commencement date on the Notice to Proceed (NTP). The contract may be extended by mutual consent for not more than two (2) additional twelve (12) month extensions.

Type of Contract 

Contractor may be required to sign a State of Hawaii Contract for Professional Services. 

Work Order Process

A WO will be created and an approved WO estimate shall be issued for specific work. The WO process consists of three steps:

1. The first step shall be the generation of a WO. The Customers’s Project Manager or designated alternate may submit a request for an estimate by means of writing, email or phone. Contractor shall submit written or e-mail estimate to the Customer for approval. Once both parties have signed the estimate and received copies of it, the Contractor may commence work. The purpose of the WO estimate is to ensure the proper coordination of all activities and to generate a State purchase order.

2. The second step shall be the actual work required to provide the requested services to Customer. The work will be conducted according to the specifications of the WO.

3. The third step shall be the closing of the specific WO, once the Customer Project Manager or designated alternate has reviewed and approved all the requirements and deliverables under the WO. The Customer Project Manager or designated alternate will communicate this status to the Contractor.

Location and Working Hours

All Contractor personnel must be available to meet with Customer personnel at Customer facilities on the island of Oahu throughout the duration of the contract between the hours of 7:45 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding State-observed holidays. The Customer may require Contractor to visit Customers facilities on islands other than Oahu.
