ITIL Training Courses

Project Description:

We are looking for an instructor to provide a series of six (6) ITIL training courses over the course of FY19 (1 December 2018 – 30 September 2019) at dates to be agreed.

Training Courses
During fiscal year (FY) 2019, the selected vendor shall provide one offering of each of the following ITIL-related courses that meets the stated learning objectives.

ITIL Foundations (3 Days)

• Identify opportunities to develop IT processes using ITIL guidelines
• Interact with IT teams using ITIL terminology and concepts
• Explore IT Service Management processes
• Recognize the importance of IT and business integration

ITIL Continual Service Improvement (CSI) (3 Days)

• Familiarize students with terms used within the CSI phase
• Apply the seven-step improvement process
• Deliver CSI using proven techniques
• Creating a reporting policy template
• Organize for CSI by defining responsibilities with tools and technology
• Implement CSI while analyzes challenges, critical success factors, and risks.

ITIL Service Design (3 Days)

• Define the goal, objectives, and scope of service design
• Outline key activities for service design processes
• Enhance the quality of IT service provision within an organization
• Measure service design using critical success factors and key performance indicators

ITIL Service Transition (3 Days)

• Outline key activities for Service Transition
• Enhance the quality of IT service provision within an organization
• Manage people through service transition
• Measure service transition using critical success factors and key performance indicators

ITIL Service Strategy (3 Days)

• Analyze principles, techniques, and relationships to create service strategy
• Identify the purpose, scope, and objective of each service strategy process
• Assess IT governance to set strategy and leverage governance frameworks and bodies
• Determine IT application opportunities

ITIL Planning, Protection, and Optimization (PPO) (5 Days)

• Plan key activities for PPO processes
• Attain operational excellence by using the PPO processes
• Apply key metrics to evaluate PPO success
• Recognize the details that comprise each PPO process

All courses should equip students to pass the associated exams for the course. The courses should include both lecture based and hands-on learning application conducive to adult learning principles.

Each class will have a minimum of 10 registered students.
