Change Management and Leading Change Course

Project Description:

We are looking for an instructor to teach Change Management and Leading Change coure described below.

STATEMENT OF WORK:

a) To learn the fundamentals of managing and leading change;
b) To introduce how to receive, embrace and lead change from their role in the organization;
c) To introduce higher level decision making and strategic change;
d) To learn about combating and overcoming the different types of mindsets that block organization change.

- Change Management understanding, application, success and failures
- Being a Transformative Leader
- Cultural and Strategic Change
- Fundamentals of Managing Change
- Resilience for teams and self during change
- A Change Mindset and Transition
- Real Company or Industry Case Study examples

REPORTS/DELIVERABLES: This course is targeted to people in seeking education in Change Management at Mid-Career levels of leadership. This can include supervisory employees.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Class must accommodate a maximum of 15-25 students
• Class length is required to be between 8 and 16 hours
• Course to be offered between Jan 21, 2019 and March 8, 2019.
• Instructor must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Location: Vicksburg, Mississippi.
