Objectives The main objectives for this contract include: Develop training course materials for a 3-5 day course on OSHA Fall Protection systems and safety requirements. Course objectives: Recognize common fall hazards The vendor’s training development must follow the ADDIE instructional design model (ADDIE - Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation—represent a dynamic, flexible guideline for building effective training and performance support tools) and the established OSHA taxonomy, policy, etc. Training methods and materials must incorporate adult learning techniques such as case studies (e.g., developing workshops, role-plays, ask and answer, and actual examples of hazards related to fall protection), minimizing straight lecture time. The training materials must include the establishment of competency/performance-based training goals and support learning objectives; an Instructor Guide with Lesson Plans; Application Workshop Instructions for Instructor and Student; presentation and application materials; a knowledge/skills assessment in post-test format with a pre-test version.
