The Contractor shall provide instruction on how to execute tactful and effective negotiation. The students shall be taught how to understand others’ intentions and goals, leading to creative solutions, and how to recover stalled negotiations. The desired class length is 2 days during the 1st or 2nd quarter of FY20. The course shall cover the following:
