The Contractor shall provide instruction to the students pertaining to the comprehensive process applied to Performance Based Acquisitions (PBAs) - from analyzing requirements documents to preparing a QASP with a focus on robust case studies, examples, and exhibits. Duration: 5 days. PoP: 21-25 SEP Location: Virtual Training Environment.
