Six Sigma is a disciplined, data-driven approach and methodology for eliminating defects (driving toward six standard deviations between the mean and the nearest specification limit) in any process – from manufacturing to transnational and from product to service.. The main objective of this program is to enable students to learn practical aspect of Total Quality Management and Lean Management, which will allow them to build quality management systems at their organizations.
